Opportunity Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our primary school team in Lewisham, London. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting children with special educational needs, working closely with our experienced teachers and SENCOs to develop and implement individualized support plans. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children with SEN in a supportive and inclusive primary school environment.

About the Role: As an SEN Teaching Assistant, your main responsibilities will include supporting children with special educational needs in a primary school setting, developing and implementing individualized support plans with teachers and SENCOs, and providing 1:1 and group support for children, as needed. You will also be required to have experience working with children with special educational needs, strong communication and interpersonal skills, patience, empathy, and a passion for helping children succeed. Additionally, you must have a clear DBS check and legal right to work in the UK.

What We Offer: A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with special educational needs.
