Inclusive Learning Support Worker

We are recruiting an experienced Inclusive Learning Support Worker to join our team at Future Education. As a SEN School, we provide a safe, caring, and inclusive environment for students with severe and complex learning difficulties. Our ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting students with SEN and have the skills to make a meaningful difference in their lives.
This is a full-time, long-term role with a view to going on a permanent contract. The daily rate of pay will be between £90-£100 depending on skills and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality support to students with SEN, adapting activities to meet their individual needs
- Assist teachers with classroom organization and preparing resources for lessons
- Create a supportive and inclusive environment that encourages active student engagement
- Support students with personal care tasks such as feeding, mobility, and hygiene when needed
- Utilise specialized communication methods to support students with speech and language challenges
- Monitor student progress and work closely with teachers to adjust support strategies as needed
