Opportunity Summary
We are seeking a Graduate Learning Support Worker to join our team at a primary school in Newham. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, excellent communication skills, and experience working with children with additional needs.

Key Responsibilities
The Graduate Learning Support Worker will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide individualized support to children in KS1. This may involve 1:1 and small group work, as well as assisting with lesson planning and preparation. The successful candidate will also contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have a strong academic record, including a degree in a relevant field such as education or psychology. You should also have previous experience working with children with additional needs, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
