As a Psychology Graduate Support Worker, you will be part of a large team of like-minded graduates, providing support to students with learning difficulties and social, emotional, and mental health issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualised support to students with varying needs
- Contribute to a multidisciplinary team comprising experienced support workers, SEN teacher specialists, SENCo, Educational Psychologist, and Speech & Language Therapist
- Participate in on-the-job training to develop your skills and expertise
