Position Description

We are searching for a highly motivated SEND Teacher to join our inclusive community at SEND Inclusion Support, providing high-quality education and support to students with diverse Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative learning strategies that cater to the diverse needs of students, promoting engagement and motivation.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment, working closely with colleagues to provide a supportive and inclusive learning space that promotes social and emotional development among students.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Have experience working with students with SEND and complex needs in a school or educational setting.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and students.
