**Job Description:**
The successful candidate will teach and support students with moderate learning difficulties, developing and implementing individualized learning plans to meet their unique needs. A key focus will be on promoting student engagement, confidence, and independence in a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Teach and support students with moderate learning difficulties in a variety of settings.
- Develop and implement individualized learning plans to meet students' unique needs.
- Collaborate with the SENCO, teaching assistants, and other staff members to provide an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed.
**Requirements:**
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching students with moderate learning difficulties.
- Strong understanding of SEN strategies and interventions, particularly for moderate learning difficulties.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
- A patient, compassionate, and adaptable approach to supporting students with diverse needs.
**Salary:** £40,000 - £55,000 per annum.
