SENCO Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled SENCO to lead the strategic development of SEND provision across our school. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that SEND policies are effectively implemented and that individual needs are met and regularly monitored.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement SEND policies and procedures in line with current legislation and guidance.
- Coordinate and manage EHCP processes, from creation to annual reviews, ensuring that individual needs are met and regularly monitored.
- Work closely with the senior leadership team, teachers, parents, and external agencies to provide high-quality SEND support.
The ideal candidate will have qualified teacher status (QTS) and proven experience as a SENCO in a school setting, ideally working with children with SEMH and other special educational needs.
