About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a 'GOOD' rated primary school in Southwark, supporting children aged 4-11. As a dedicated SENCO, you will oversee the provision for students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the provision for students with SEND, ensuring inclusive learning environments.
  • Teach children in the ASD base once a week, fostering a supportive atmosphere.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality support for pupils with additional needs.
  • Monitor and review statutory requirements such as EHCPs.

The salary for this role is estimated at £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on your experience.

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential.
