Primary SENCO Role for a Diverse School Setting

We are seeking an exceptional Special Educational Needs Co-Ordinator to join our team at this outstanding primary school. As SENCO, you will be responsible for leading the school's SEN provision, working closely with staff, parents, and external agencies to deliver high-quality support for pupils with diverse needs.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with parents, teachers, and external agencies to develop and implement effective SEN strategies.
- Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure seamless integration of SEND into the school's overall vision.
- Manage and coordinate the school's SEN provision, ensuring compliance with statutory guidelines and best practices.
Qualifications and Experience:
- NASENCO qualification or relevant experience as a teacher, SLT member, or SENCO.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and external agencies.
- Dedication to promoting inclusivity and supporting pupils with SEND.
