A dynamic secondary school in Dulwich, part of the Wayman Learning Trust, is seeking an experienced SENCO to lead and enhance its SEN provision. This opportunity is ideal for a passionate educator who wants to foster an inclusive educational environment where all students can thrive.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the SEN department, ensuring effective implementation of the school's SEN policy and procedures. They will oversee the development review and management of Education Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) for students with special educational needs.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will have a recognised SENCO qualification, proven leadership experience within SEN settings, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
