We are looking for an experienced SENCo who shares our vision and is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of our students. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated and skilled professional who can work effectively with students, staff, and parents to deliver high-quality SEN support.

What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including a pension scheme, generous annual leave allowance, and professional development opportunities.

Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the SEN department, developing and implementing effective SEN policies and procedures, and collaborating with teachers and other support staff to provide comprehensive support for students with SEN. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced SENCo to make a real difference in the lives of our students.

Requirements
A degree in a relevant field, such as Education or Special Educational Needs, is essential. You will also need to have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role. A valid Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check is required.
