An opportunity has arisen for a dedicated teaching assistant to join an inclusive school in Hammersmith, supporting students with autism. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping students develop their social skills and engage with the curriculum.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering individualized support to students with autism, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs.
  • Collaborating with teachers and the SENCO to monitor student progress and adjust your approach as needed.
  • Contributing to the development of lesson plans and activities that cater to the diverse needs of students with autism.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, based on your experience and qualifications.

The successful candidate will possess a compassionate and empathetic nature, with experience working with children who require additional support. You will work closely with our experienced SENCO and teachers to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

This is a full-time permanent position, based in Hammersmith. We are committed to providing ongoing training and support to ensure your success in this role.
