Teaching Assistant for Students with Autism in Hackney

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team at a vibrant primary school in East London. The successful candidate will provide one-to-one support for students with autism, helping them thrive in a supportive learning environment.
This is a full-time permanent position, providing tailored support for students with special educational needs. With a dedicated team and strong community values, we aim to ensure every child reaches their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with teachers and the SENCO to adapt lessons to meet individual needs.
- Support social, emotional, and academic development.
- Provide individualized support for students with autism.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children with autism or other SEN.
- A calm, empathetic, and patient approach.
- DBS check required.
