Dynamic Secondary SENCo Position

**Job Title:** SENCo Role in Hammersmith & Fulham School
**Location:** Hammersmith & Fulham, London
We are seeking a highly skilled SENCo to join our Secondary School in Hammersmith & Fulham. As a member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and management of the school's SEN provision.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the needs of students with SEN and will be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of SEND policies and procedures. You will be an effective communicator and team player, able to work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and parents to identify and meet the needs of students.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- To lead the development and implementation of the school's SEND policy and procedures.
- To provide strategic leadership and management of the school's SEN provision.
- To work closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to identify and meet the needs of students with SEN.
**Requirements:**
- A strong understanding of the needs of students with SEN.
- Experience of leading or contributing to the development of SEND policies and procedures.
- An ability to work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and parents.
**Salary:** £52,500 per annum.
