About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the school's SEN provision and developing effective strategies to support students

  • Collaborating with teachers and support staff to ensure consistent and high-quality SEN support
  • Developing and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and reviewing progress regularly
