Accommodation and Cleaning Operations Manager

The Accommodation and Cleaning Shift Manager will oversee the smooth delivery of the cleaning shift, ensuring daily operational plans are fulfilled. Reporting to the Cleaning Manager, this role will ensure that relevant tasks and objectives are being carried out by the team, and that team members are in the right place at the right time to manage fluctuating guest demand while maintaining operational standards and guest experience.
About You
You will be responsible for overseeing a successful cleaning operation during your shift, ensuring strict adherence to our Clean and Fault Free (CAFF) standards. You will stay informed about NPS scores within your department and take proactive steps to improve these scores and reduce guest complaints.
Strategic team positioning is vital to delivering on our promise, with a strong focus on the Right People, Right Place, Right Time (RPRPRT) approach. Your responsibilities include conducting Mobaro quality control checks, analysing reports, and leading feedback discussions. You will also ensure that your team receives the necessary training and support.
Key Responsibilities

• Ensure team receives necessary training and support
• Manage implementation of initial 90-day program for new team members
• Oversee all personnel-related activities, from onboarding through the full employee life cycle
