About The Role

Our Accommodation Manager will oversee the smooth delivery of guest accommodation, public areas, and venues within their designated area. They will lead their team in promoting high operational standards in resort cleanliness and accommodation cleanliness.

The Clean and Fault Free (CAFF) Approach

We are driving our CAFF approach to ensure our accommodation and guest services meet the highest standards. This role will ensure we are holding our team to account to maintain these standards, working closely with the wider Guest Services & Accommodation Team to manage issues proactively and improve the guest experience.

About You

We are looking for an individual with a passion for driving excellent standards for our guests. An excellent level of operational knowledge in cleaning and leading cleaning teams is essential, as well as experience leading large teams in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach your team to remain motivated and deliver consistently high standards.

• Manage both permanent and temporary teams to deliver results.

• Ensure we balance costs and manage guest demand effectively through payroll management.
