Accommodation Operations Manager

The Accommodation Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of their area of responsibility, which includes guest accommodation, public areas, and venues within their designated area.
They will lead their team in promoting the highest operational standards in resort cleanliness and accommodation cleanliness, driving the Clean and Fault Free (CAFF) approach.
This role will require the Accommodation Manager to work closely with the wider Guest Services & Accommodation Team to manage issues proactively and ensure that the guest experience is improved.
Key responsibilities will include setting clear goals and expectations, nurturing an environment that the team can perform at their best, and managing payroll to ensure effective cost management.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for driving excellent standards for our guests, with excellent operational knowledge in cleaning and leading cleaning teams.
They should be motivated by high-paced environments and have the ability to adapt quickly to changing environments, with excellent health and safety knowledge within the cleaning remit.
A strong leader and team player with excellent communication skills will be essential for success in this role.
