About The Role

The Accommodation Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of their area of responsibility, which includes guest accommodation, public areas, and venues within their designated area. They will lead their team in promoting the highest operational standards in resort cleanliness and accommodation cleanliness, driving our Clean and Fault Free (CAFF) approach to our accommodation.

This role will involve managing both permanent and temporary teams to deliver results, while also supporting the setting of clear goals and expectations. The Accommodation Manager will work closely with the wider Guest Services & Accommodation Team to manage issues proactively and improve the guest experience.

Payroll management is also a crucial part of this role, ensuring we balance costs and manage guest demand effectively. Experience in managing payroll would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team in promoting high operational standards in resort cleanliness and accommodation cleanliness
  • Manage both permanent and temporary teams to deliver results
  • Support the setting of clear goals and expectations
  • Work closely with the wider Guest Services & Accommodation Team to manage issues proactively
  • Manage payroll to ensure cost balance and guest demand

Requirements:

  • Excellent health and safety knowledge within the cleaning remit
  • Confidence in managing teams to deliver results
  • Experience in managing payroll would be advantageous
