About the Role

The Accommodation Manager will oversee the smooth operation of guest accommodation, public areas, and venues within their designated area. They will lead their team in promoting high operational standards in resort cleanliness and accommodation cleanliness.

This role will drive our Clean and Fault Free (CAFF) approach to accommodation, ensuring standards are met and working closely with the Guest Services & Accommodation Team to manage issues proactively. The Accommodation Manager will support setting clear goals and expectations, fostering an environment where the team can perform at their best.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team to promote high operational standards in resort cleanliness and accommodation cleanliness
  • Drive the Clean and Fault Free (CAFF) approach to accommodation
  • Work closely with the Guest Services & Accommodation Team to manage issues proactively
  • Support setting clear goals and expectations for the team
  • Manage payroll to balance costs and guest demand effectively

Requirements:

  • Excellent health and safety knowledge within the cleaning remit
  • Confidence in managing permanent and temporary teams to deliver results
  • Experience in managing payroll advantageous
