Accommodation Operations Manager

The Accommodation Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of their area of responsibility, which includes guest accommodation, public areas, and venues within their designated area.
They will lead their team in promoting the highest operational standards in resort cleanliness and accommodation cleanliness, driving our Clean and Fault Free (CAFF) approach to our accommodation.
This role will ensure we are proactively managing issues that arise to improve the guest experience, working closely with the wider Guest Services & Accommodation Team.
About You
We are looking for an individual with a passion for driving excellent standards for our guests.
An excellent level of operational knowledge in cleaning and leading cleaning teams is essential, as well as experience leading large teams in fast-paced environments.
You should be motivated by high-paced environments and have the ability to adapt quickly to changing environments, leading and coaching your team to remain motivated to deliver consistently high standards.
Excellent health and safety knowledge within the cleaning remit is also crucial, as well as confidence in managing both permanent and temporary teams to deliver results.
Payroll management is also a key aspect of the role, ensuring we balance costs and manage guest demand effectively.
