About the Role

You will report to the Accommodation Productivity Manager and play a key part in end-to-end planning of accommodation availability and cleaning.

This includes allocating room bookings on time and accurately, considering notes and paid upgrades. You will maintain a level of service recovery rooms for Resort teams and work to required room numbers on sale, communicating with Accommodation & Guest Services Team Members.

Your tasks will include following documented standard operating procedures for requests, ensuring a fully audited process, and collaborating with Accommodation and Facilities teams for refurbishment planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate room bookings efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain high-quality service recovery rooms.
  • Meet room number targets and communicate with relevant teams.
  • Follow established procedures to ensure accurate processing.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on refurbishment projects.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need a friendly manner and ability to interact positively with people. Effective communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work under pressure and think analytically.

You should also possess organisation and methodical planning skills, be able to adapt to problems, and have close attention to detail. Computer literacy is also necessary.

What We Offer

This is a desk-based role that utilises various systems. In-house reservation booking systems are an advantage, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required.

We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around £18,000 - £20,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
