Sales Ledger Administrator

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Sales Ledger Administrator in Ayr, Scotland. We are offering a competitive salary for this role, which involves managing all aspects of the Sales Ledger, Credit Control & Cashbook.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with credit control, including contacting customers and reviewing credit limits.
- Setting up new customer accounts and allocating credit limits.
- Updating sales ledger accounts with accurate details.
- Providing exceptional customer service by answering phone calls and responding to queries.
- Developing strong relationships with our overseas customer service staff to ensure seamless communication and efficient payment of invoices.
