A competitive salary is on offer for this Accounts and Financial Assistant position in Auchincruive, Ayr. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Sales Ledger, Credit Control & Cashbook.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Assisting with credit control, including contacting customers, reviewing credit limits, and maintaining new customer forms.
  • Setting up new customer accounts and allocating credit limits.
  • Updating sales ledger accounts with correct details.
  • Answering telephone calls and redirecting them when necessary.
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages, with knowledge of SAGE and SAP systems beneficial but not required.

You will be working closely with our overseas customer service staff to ensure smooth communication and timely payment of invoices.
