Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Experience Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our members, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute account plans to meet business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members through regular communication and engagement
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive growth and revenue
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives
- Competitive salary: £25,000 to £28,000 (dependent on experience)
- 26 days annual leave, plus Bank Holidays
