Your Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our members, providing them with tailored support and guidance to help them grow and succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective account management strategies to drive membership growth and retention
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with members, understanding their needs and providing them with relevant support and guidance
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and development, working closely with members to help them achieve their goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality services and support to members

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of £25,000 to £28,000 per annum, depending on experience
