About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Customer Experience Manager to join our team in Oxford Street. The successful candidate will have previous experience in sales management and customer service, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead by example and deliver outstanding customer service to drive sales and achieve business objectives.
  • Motivate and develop a high-performing sales team to consistently meet or exceed targets.
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to implement visual merchandising and promotional plans that maximise sales opportunities.
  • Conduct regular coaching and feedback sessions to improve team performance and productivity.
  • Manage and control store costs to ensure budgetary requirements are met.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders to support business growth.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Previous experience in sales management and customer service, preferably in a retail environment.Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.Flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
