Customer Experience Specialist

**Role Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our Sofa team in Norwich. This 20 hours a week role requires weekend availability and involves being the first point of contact with customers, providing them with inspirational ideas to fulfill their needs.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Welcome every customer, making them feel at home and relaxed, and encourage them to spend time in the store and browse the full range
- Maintain high showroom standards and visual merchandising in store
- Provide customers with advice and support, ensuring a full understanding of their needs and working to find solutions within the range offered
- Chase sales quotations and process orders precisely and efficiently, as well as keep customer information records up-to-date
- Be a brand ambassador for Sofa, embracing the customer journey and leading by example in endorsing the company culture and standards
- Proactively improve and update knowledge of product and interior trends
**Requirements**
- Experience within retail, alongside proven experience with interiors/furniture
- Strong sales experience and awareness of trends to support the customer in styling their rooms/homes
- Be ambitious and confident, with a strong can-do attitude
- Be enthusiastic and dedicated to providing excellent customer service
- A desire to work as part of a team to generate fresh and innovative ideas
- Proficiency in MS Office and general IT
