As a Guest Service Assistant at Mercure Norwich Hotel, you will be the first point of contact for most guests. Your role will be to welcome them with a friendly smile and exceptional service. You will work closely with your teammates to ensure each shift is smooth and efficient, delivering the best possible guest experience every time.
