The Opportunity
We are seeking a diligent Customer Experience Champion to elevate our customer experience to the next level. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns, providing prompt and effective support to ensure every issue is handled with precision and care. You will work closely with our field service team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and contribute to key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure our team's success. We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a real impact on our customers' lives. As a Customer Experience Champion, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer care requests in a timely and professional manner
- Providing accurate and helpful information to customers
- Working collaboratively with the field service team to resolve customer issues
- Contributing to KPIs that measure customer satisfaction and experience
What We Offer
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £32,000 per annum, plus a profit share. You will also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities to help you grow and succeed in your role.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Basic IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
