Lead a Team of Customer Service Experts

As a Senior Customer Experience Manager at Anglian Home Improvements, you will be responsible for leading a team of skilled customer service representatives, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of customer service agents to achieve their best performance.
  • Performance Targets: Set and achieve performance targets, including KPIs, to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Training and Development: Conduct regular coaching and training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyse performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience in a contact centre environment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Skills: Familiarity with call centre technologies and tools.
