Role: Desktop Account Manager

At Evander, we're looking for a skilled Desktop Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our client-facing team, you'll be responsible for managing relationships with key client accounts, driving growth in these accounts, and liaising with clients to minimize issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

The Role:

You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop strategies to drive growth and improve customer satisfaction. This will involve managing multiple client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and working across functions to ensure Evander delivers against its obligations under the contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualifying incoming customer enquirers to facilitate new trade or redirecting/re-routing to other areas of business if necessary.
  • End-to-end onboarding to include first line of communication for Evander Helpdesk to expedite an urgent account to deliver immediate services.
  • Liaison with Credit Manager to carry out emergency credit checks and account opening.
  • Communicate credit facility options with prospective customer.
  • Digital customer account application process management.
  • Build recognition and awareness of the Evander brand and propositions within your portfolio of accounts via online meetings and phone calls.
  • Pipeline - Grow established client accounts, and develop new revenue streams for Evander and group.
  • Insight – Establish competitor information and drivers that prevent lead conversion or additional revenue streams.

Requirements:

  • Excellent administration and organisation skills for onboarding activities.
  • Good customer service and relationship management experience.
  • Good organisational skills and an ability to work as part of a fluid team.
  • Sales experience with a desire to develop a career in sales/account management.
  • Experience of working with property developers and/or large FM providers.
