Job Title: Development Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Housing Development Professional to lead our development team in Chester. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to take on a senior role and drive the delivery of new homes across our North West Region and East of England Region.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing experienced leadership in development, ensuring the timely delivery of projects within budget and to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead new business and procurement activities from appraisal to delivery.
  2. Manage financial aspects, including cash flow and financial reporting.
  3. Effectively manage consultant and project teams.
  4. Prioritize customer experience and deliver a high-quality development service.
