Join a leading provider of special education and support services as a Clinical Site Development Manager at Maple Grove School in the North West. This exciting opportunity will see you work closely with our clinical teams to develop empowering environments for children and young people with complex needs.

In this role, you will lead on service development, working within existing frameworks and structures to ensure quality assurance and excellent outcomes. With your experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams, you will be responsible for collecting and analysing data to inform service delivery, development, and project work.

We are looking for an individual with a strong therapeutic background, registered with the HCPC, who can demonstrate strategic leadership and management skills. You will have experience of working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism, as well as mental health needs and behaviours of concern.
