About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Deputy Manager at Deewater Grange, a state-of-the-art care home in Huntington.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and deputise for the Home Manager, providing inspiring leadership to nursing and care colleagues.
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality clinical and pastoral care, ensuring the highest levels of clinical governance.
- Audit practices and procedures, develop care plans, and conduct assessments.
- Provide personalised centred care to residents with complex needs.
About You
We are looking for an NMC Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) with excellent care planning skills and a strong understanding of clinical assessment tools.
You will be a natural leader, able to build close relationships with residents and their families, and drive continuous improvement.
