About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Associate Case Manager to join our team at Bush & Co. As a Clinical Associate Case Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals who have experienced life-changing injuries or illnesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of clients through their rehabilitation process.
  • Lead on assessments in the home and develop rehabilitation plans.
  • Signpost and advocate for clients' needs, ensuring they receive the necessary support to live a fulfilling life.
  • Manage all administrative tasks related to cases, including sending instructions to third parties and writing reports.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of clinical experience.
  • A valid clinical registration with a relevant professional body.
  • Previous experience in establishing or implementing rehabilitation packages.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a willingness to travel extensively across the UK, Scotland, and Wales.
