Clinical Negligence Solicitor

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join our team in the North West. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in furthering their knowledge and career within Clinical Negligence work.
The RoleOur client is looking for a confident and ambitious Clinical Negligence Solicitor to manage a challenging and rewarding caseload of complex and high-value cases. The successful candidate will have previous experience in drafting documents and correspondence, and will possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of complex and high-value Clinical Negligence cases
- Draft documents and correspondence, including witness statements and letters of instruction to counsel and medical experts
- Develop skills and knowledge through regular training and mentoring
The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years' PQE and a keen interest in furthering their knowledge and career within Clinical Negligence work. They will also possess excellent communication skills, be enthusiastic, and prioritise client care over all else.
