Job Title: Case Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Case Coordinator to join our Recoveries Department in Chester. As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for handling cases from start to finish, communicating with clients, and driving debt recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of debt recovery cases
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders via phone and email
  • Investigate and work through cases to achieve successful outcomes
  • Provide regular updates on case progress to management

Requirements:

  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Preferred: Experience in Recoveries, Collections, or Finance
