Job Title: Case Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Case Coordinator to join our Recoveries Department in Chester. As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for handling cases from start to finish, communicating with clients, and driving debt recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of debt recovery cases
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders via phone and email
- Investigate and work through cases to achieve successful outcomes
- Provide regular updates on case progress to management
Requirements:
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Preferred: Experience in Recoveries, Collections, or Finance
