Job Title: Senior Care Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Care Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our service users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enable service users to maintain and improve their mental health and wellbeing
  • Develop and maintain external relationships to enhance the quality of life for our service users
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and contractual requirements
