- Provide daily care and attention to animals in the kennel
- Clean and sanitize kennels, cages, and common areas
- Feed and water animals according to their specific dietary needs
- Administer medications as directed by senior staff
- Exercise and socialize animals to ensure their physical and mental well-being
- Monitor animals for any signs of illness or distress and report to senior staff
- Assist with grooming tasks such as bathing, brushing, and nail trimming
- Maintain accurate records of animal care and behavior

- Customer service: Ability to interact professionally and compassionately with pet owners
- Heavy lifting: Capable of lifting and carrying heavy objects, including bags of pet food or large dogs
