Physiotherapist for Adults with Complex Needs

About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Physiotherapist to join our Community Learning Disability Team (CLDT) based in Attleborough, South Norfolk. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in working with adults with complex needs and be able to provide evidence-based physiotherapy interventions.
Main Responsibilities:
- To assess, plan, implement, and evaluate intervention for clients with complex needs
- To deliver services following agreed physiotherapy clinical pathways
- To work collaboratively as part of the multidisciplinary team
- To delegate tasks to Band 4 Therapy Assistant Practitioner staff as required
Clinical Responsibilities:
- To be professionally and legally responsible and accountable for all aspects of own work
- To maintain a high standard of clinical care for patients under management
- To undertake assessment of patients using investigative and analytical skills
- To formulate individual management and/or treatment programme, using clinical reasoning skills and range of treatment skills
Professional Development:
To maintain own clinical professional development by keeping abreast of new trends and developments, incorporating them into work and attending in-service training programmes.
Organisational Requirements:
To collect data and statistics as directed, participate in clinical and management supervision, and adhere to organisational and departmental policies.
Person Specification:
- BSc or MSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification
- HCPC registration
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrates ability to apply skills across various clinical settings/applications
- Able to prioritise work effectively
- Well-developed problem-solving skills
Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum. This salary is based on national averages for physiotherapists in similar roles and locations.
