**Job Overview:**

This role involves working with adults with learning disabilities, providing support to help them achieve their goals and aspirations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Salary:** £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role
