An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Clinical Team Lead to join our team at Jupiter Recruitment in the Attleborough, Norfolk area. As a key member of our mental health services team, you will be responsible for managing shifts and providing high-quality care to adult patients.

As the successful candidate, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of nurses and managing shifts to ensure efficient patient care
  • Developing therapeutic relationships with patients and their families
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to promote patient-centered care
  • Mentoring and supporting student nurses and junior staff members
  • Contributing to quality improvement initiatives and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

The ideal candidate will have a post-registration qualification of at least 3 years and experience in acute adult services. A recognized mentoring certificate and the ability to assess and teach junior staff are also desirable. The salary for this role is estimated at £45,668 per annum.
