Nxtgen Recruitment is currently working in partnership with a well-established business based in the south of Norwich who are looking for an experienced Finance Controller to lead their finance function. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and optimising financial results, processes, and reporting on cost to enhance profit from external projects.
">- Oversee the finance function
- Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Partner with business owners and senior leadership teams
- Manage balance sheet reconciliations
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes
- Conduct financial risk forecasting
- Provide accurate and timely financial reports
- Support process improvements and growth opportunities within Financial Planning and Analysis
The ideal candidate will have a Chartered Accountant qualification with proven experience in a similar role. Strong Excel skills and the ability to collaborate with senior management are essential, while also being able to demonstrate different management styles to suit the team.
">Estimated salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
