Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated Nursing Department Supervisor to join our team in Attleborough, Norfolk. As a key member of our mental health services team, you will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

The successful candidate will have a post-registration qualification of at least 3 years and experience in acute adult services. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of nurses and managing shifts to ensure efficient patient care
  • Developing therapeutic relationships with patients and their families
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to promote patient-centered care
  • Mentoring and supporting student nurses and junior staff members

The salary for this role is estimated at £45,668 per annum. Benefits include:
