Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Strategy Manager to join our team at Salt Careers.

As a Sales Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business growth objectives. This includes conducting market research, analyzing data, and identifying new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of FMCG markets in Germany and/or Poland, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business growth objectives.
  • Conducting in-depth market analyses to identify growth opportunities, consumer trends, and competitor activities.
  • Establishing and nurturing long-term partnerships with distributors, retailers, wholesalers, and stakeholders.
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of business development professionals focused on these markets.

The salary for this role is £62,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
