About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Leader to join our team as Director of Sales and Strategy. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and expands our presence in the Utility market.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership and a proven track record of success in driving business growth. A deep understanding of the Utility market in the UK and a strong network of C-Level connections are also essential.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing a sales strategy, refining client segments, and developing sales methodologies. Additional duties include managing client visits, analyzing sales effectiveness, and developing sales budgets. The estimated salary for this role is £150,000 - £200,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy for the Utility market in the UK
  • Refine client segments and develop targeted sales approaches
  • Develop and implement sales methodologies to drive revenue growth
  • Manage client visits and ensure effective communication
  • Analyze sales effectiveness and develop strategies for improvement
