Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly organized and administrative-skilled individual to join our team as an Administrator / Team Administration Assistant. The successful candidate will provide exceptional support to the team, with excellent organisational, coordination, customer service, communication and administrative skills.
About the Role:
- Provide administrative support to the team via overseeing the issuing of vouchers via the CRM system, ordering and stock checking of energy saving measures/other deliverables, and by taking on adhoc duty phone calls.
- Support the team with a range of administrative based tasks including voucher issuance, monitoring, cancellation and reissue via CRM and internal systems.
- Assist with office facilities management and take responsibility for updating information/Figures onto shared spreadsheets.
Requirements:
- Relevant administration, customer service or office experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and good IT skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM software, Visio.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Previous stock control experience (but not essential).

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent.
