Administrative Support Specialist

Administration Role
SOCOTEC UK Limited is seeking a skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join its Environment and Safety Division based in East Kilbride. This position will provide valuable support for technical staff with a range of clerical duties, including report preparation and client communication.
Salary:£40,000 - £45,000 per annum + benefits
Key Responsibilities:- Assist technical staff with preparing and formatting reports
- Enter and format technical data into reports
- Maintain the calibration status of equipment
- Update client portals
- Perform tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and printing
- Filing and archiving site notes and laboratory paperwork
- Monitor and update job progress spreadsheets
- Liaise with contractors and clients on-site
- Experience in clerical duties and report preparation
- A proactive attitude and strong organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent time management and communication skills
