Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking an organized Administrative Support Specialist to join our busy administrative team located in the Port of Stornoway, Outer Hebrides. The successful candidate will provide top-notch administrative support to our Chief Executive.
The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, with access to a wide range of benefits, including an excellent pension scheme.
About the Role:This exciting opportunity involves providing administrative, clerical, and reception support. Key responsibilities include:
- General office duties such as maintaining accurate records and ensuring efficient office operations.
- Coordinating meetings and handling basic finance-related tasks using Xero, with full training provided.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- A full UK Driving License is preferred but not essential.
